Change is lifelong—whether we like it or not.
The only question is how we change and how we respond to the circumstances in which we find ourselves.
The extent to which we can transform is, in my experience, far beyond what we might be able to imagine or hope for for ourselves.
It takes a long time and a deep commitment to yourself to change patterns acquired over a lifetime.
And the rewards of that commitment are always unexpected and overflowing.

Credentials & Bio
Diploma, Centre for Training in Psychotherapy
Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Registration #001373.
I spent 15 years in capital markets as a trader and research analyst. I am a CFA Charterholder and have a Masters in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University. All the while, another part of me was talking. This part wanted to learn how to engage more fully in the world—to bring more of myself to the table. That journey brought me to the Centre for Training in Psychotherapy and a career as a psychotherapist. I have experienced many difficult challenges in my life and therapy has been crucial to becoming who I am today.
Clients describe me as solid, quick, kind, and persistent. I work hard and enjoy the work immensely. I am continually asking more of myself and seeking to grow and learn. The process of therapy involves both of us, and I am committed to growing as a therapist and person and to bringing this growth to my work with clients. I have a strong sense of humor and enjoy seeing the world and its oddities through the eyes of my clients.
Since becoming a psychotherapist, I have expanded my healing and understanding to include a range of modalities, including plant medicine, core energetics, and sacred sexuality. I am also strongly influenced by psychoanalysis, radical ethics, and trauma work. Each new experience opens me more deeply to my clients and broadens my understanding of what makes change possible.
I start the process of a therapy by learning as much as I can about you. I will have lots of questions and will listen closely to what you are telling me. I want to hear your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I will give my perspective, and you can tell me if I am on the right track.
As we build a relationship, we will see what needs to be done and together we will figure out how therapy can best address your needs.
