Most of us are used to getting things right. When emotional or relationship problems hit it can feel destabilizing. Psychotherapy can help. I am particularly interested in therapy in the context of wellness. By that I mean therapy for people who already have rich and fulfilling lives and want to work on an aspect of themselves, deepen a relationship, or access parts of themselves that their daily life seems never to have time for.
