Fear, panic, desperation, control, manipulation, addiction, collapse, violence, capitulation, and psychosis are symptoms of soul forgotten.
These are the things that people do in response to pain that is too much to bear.
What we do to manage our pain creates more pain for ourselves and others. Together this creates a world of ambient dissociation.
Little makes sense. The tools we use don’t actually serve us. Money flows only for some. Words don’t seem to mean anything.
Our lives are feel comprised of chaotic fragments.
The way through is wholeness. To feel our emotions. To love. To relax our minds. To come into physical presence. To ground. To experience our connection to the world.
Wholeness is a path. A path that can be felt by others. Wholeness ripples out. To remember soul. To come into wholeness. To live our aliveness. This is our greatest service.
While important work is done individually in therapy rooms, workshops, and retreats…. this is insufficient. We must remember soul in how we build and use technology. In how we earn, spend, invest, save and borrow. In how we organize ourselves.
This is where the work gets hard but it is also where the power is. Our collective power to work together and create a world of mutual thriving.
Let’s do it together. I offer speaking, coaching, consulting, and serve as a fractional Chief of Staff for select companies.
