In order to make the kind of changes I sought, I had to become open, nonjudgmental, and present to myself. And not just once a week or twice a month, but every day.

From Goldman Sachs to Psychotherapist to Guide to Writer

Someone called me a late bloomer recently and I said, “I intend to bloom until I die.”

Having traveled through early trauma, a wild ride on wall street, destabilizing grief, a sexual awakening, and a devastating addiction I am committed to playing the cards that life has dealt me full out. I am devoted to learning and most importantly loving more and more and more. I am living at the edges of what a former version of myself would have thought possible.

If anything I do supports another human in feeling more at home in themselves, or feeling more hope for the future, I am grateful.

Many of my experiences and trainings do not fit into conventional modalities and some of my mentors do not wish to be named. Others I have chosen to remove because the lineage is not in integrity and I cannot recommend it. This list is designed to give you a flavour for my life experiences. That being said, modalities are not legitimizers and I do not wish to give the impression that they are.
